Resep Lotus Biscoff Cappucino Pudding. Seger dan Bikin Melek
Hai… kali ini Kita buat puding yang enak banget pakai lotus biscoff, dipadukan dengan puding cappucino. Enak banget berasa makan latte dengan kombinasi caramel.
Buat teman2 yang tidak suka kopi/cappucino bisa skip cappucino nya, dan tambahkan takaran gulanya.
Resep Lotus Biscoff Cappucino Pudding

Loyang diameter 20cm
Bahan puding dasar
- Agar-agar plain 14gr (2 sachet)
- Cappucino instant 50gr (saya torabika cappucino 2 sachet)
- Gula 140gr
- Garam seperempat sdt
- Susu full cream 1300ml
- Whipped cream cair 300ml
Bahan campuran
- Selai lotus biscoff 1 sdm (bisa diganti selai sejenis lainnya)

- Biskuit lotus 3 keping, hancurkan
- Dark cooking chocolate 20gr, cincang
Topping: Selai lotus dan biskuit lotus
Cara Buat:
1. Campur semua bahan puding dasar, masak sambil diaduk hingga mendidih.
2. Ambil 500ml puding lalu campur dengan selai lotus 1 sdm, aduk rata, lalu tuang ke loyang, diamkan hingga setengah set. Sisa adonan di panci ditutup supaya gak cepat beku.
3. Ambil lagi 500ml adonan puding campur dengan biskuit lotus yang sudah dihancurkan, tuang keatas lapisan pertama, diamkan hingga setengah set.
4. Campur sisa puding di panci dengan dark cooking chocolate, aduk rata lalu tuang ke loyang.
5. Diamkan hingga set lalu masukan kulkas.
6. Keluarkan dari loyang hias dengan selai lotus dan biskuit.
